Attached you will find a list of working committees that will make recommendations for the BCASC for the 2010-2011 school year. These committees will meet prior to the May 14, 2010 , BCASC Convention. The recommendations made by these committees will be acted upon by the BCASC at the business meeting in the afternoon. Please make arrangements for at least one member of your school's SGA to volunteer to serve on a committee.

Students will not be able to volunteer to serve on a specific committee; committee assignments will be made by the high school vice president. Not all of the students whose names are submitted will be assigned to a committee.

You will also find, attached, an application for a student lead workshop. If your SGA elected to lead a workshop, the Student Workshop Form must be submitted by the second school Wednesday in April 2010. Any student lead workshop must be presented by the school's delegation to the county convention. Presenting a workshop does not entitle a school to free delegates.
