Final Report Requirements

BCASC FINAL REPORT

The BCASC Final Report must be prepared by the President School 's representative and presented to the BCASC at the county convention. The Final Report must contain the following:

1. President's State of the Council letter (one page).

2. A complete and up to date Treasurer's report.

3. The list of current officers and committee chairs.

4. A list of all officer and regular meeting dates and sites.

5. A one-page report on each BCASC County project.

6. A copy of any media coverage the president wants to include.

Optional: A letter from each officer.
